When do leaders become the enemy?

I am a retired Navy petty officer (of 20 years active service, and 10 years fleet reserve) and very proud of my service to this, my adopted county. I have reached a point where I am more than just concerned, I am actually afraid of what this administration is doing. This concern and fear has brought me to a point where I must ask a question. On the day I enlisted and every time I re-enlisted I swore an oath "To protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic." Now for my question: When does this oath, supersede the loyalty and obedience to the civilian administration? Do I (or anyone else who has served) have the right to stand up to the administration and say "I do not trust you or your decisions, and I want my country back!" Does the oath I took and lived for my whole adult life mean that if I feel our Constitution is in danger, that I am still to support it, or do I sit by the wayside and let these people change and bend it to suit their needs?
