Cutler watch: Olsen stars in Late Show

BOURBONNAIS -- It was The Late Show starring quarterback Jay Cutler and tight end Greg Olsen under the lights in front of 9,100 fans at Olivet Nazarene University's Ward Field Tuesday night.

Starting from his own 35-yard line with 1:50 left on the clock in a hurry-up drill, Cutler completed 6 of 9 passes, including 4 to Olsen, who capped the drive with a spectacular one-handed grab in the endzone just barely keeping his feet inbounds.

"You couldn't (just) use two hands," Cutler said, joking with Olsen after practice.

"It was a good play," Olsen said. "Anytime you've got a two-minute situation, a lot of games come down to that, so we work on it quite a bit, as you can see."

Olsen also caught a deep pass down the middle to get the offense into the red zone on the TD drive.

In the previous 11-on-11 session Devin Hester ran a reverse with Cutler leading the interference, although there was no contact in the first practice without full pads in 10 days.
