Area girls invited to tryout for Hurricanes Fastpitch

Hurricanes Fastpitch is hosting tryouts in Lake in the Hills for the 2009-10 season.

At Leroy Guy Park at 201 Lakewood, tryouts for the 14-U team will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3; and tryouts for the 16-U and 18-U teams will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2, and 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3.

At Lincoln Prairie Elementary at 500 Harvest Gate, tryouts for the 10-U team will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4 and 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8 and Sunday, Aug. 9.

In addition, tryouts for the 12-U team will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, and noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8 and Sunday, Aug. 9.
