Is recycling Democrats 'change?'

Alexi Giannoulias is running for U.S. Senate and quoting the Democratic mantra of change. Let me see - the administration in Washington is Democratic. Congress has been run by the Democrats for years, and the senate is Democratic.

Springfield has been run by the Democrats for at least six years now, and we all know how that has worked. Chicago just recycles Democrats.

If we just keep electing Democrats to replace Democrats, where is the change Mr. Giannoulias says he will bring?
