It's OK to turn right on red, people

This is to the people who travel on Rohlwing Road north to east on Biesterfield Road in Elk Grove Village. Is there a sign that says, "No turn on right?"

By not turning right it allows for more of a backup on Biesterfield Road. Come on, people, use common sense when driving. It's OK to turn right at that intersection; just come to a complete stop first and continue on.
