Legoland offers discount

SCHAUMBURG - In honor of its upcoming anniversary, Schaumburg's Legoland Discovery Center is offering a 50 percent discount off the standard admission price for each person who donates at least 10 Lego bricks through Friday, August 7. The bricks will be used to help build a 10-foot-tall Lego birthday candle and then donated to Clearbrook, an Arlington Heights facility for children and adults with disabilities. The center, at Streets of Woodfield, expects as many as 5,000 bricks to be donated during the campaign.
