Government-run health care bad idea
I hear the talking points repeated. That 48 million people have no health insurance. Well, that means 270 million people have health insurance and I think that's quite an achievement.
So, let's not take a good health insurance program away from people so all that we have left is a mediocre government-run health insurance program. I can see now going to the doctor who's some kid of a ward boss who couldn't get out of medical school treating me for some ailment. It's not that I'm against health-care reform it's just I believe there are better ways of accomplishing our goals than a government attempted takeover of health care in America.
