Legion Post 1231 to host pig roast

The Lake in the Hills American Legion Post 1231 will host its annual pig roast and will rock the house with a live band at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 27. The band "Since i was 3", is an edgy, volatile mix of music (modern and classic rock hits plus blues). Visit the band's Web site at www.myspace.com/sinceiwas3.

The American Legion's annual pig roast draws residents from all over McHenry County and everyone is welcomed. This event is opened to the public.

Tickets for the Beer Garden is $5. Dinner and Beer Garden tickets are $15.
