Did Dr. Tiller make it into heaven?
I just read The Associated Press accounting of some of the remarks made June 6 at the funeral of Dr. George Tiller, the slain abortion provider. Tiller's clinic in Wichita, Kansas was among a few performing third-trimester abortions. His longtime friend, Larry Borcherding, said, "Heaven will never be the same. It will be a better, better place with George in it."
His son, Maury, said "I struggle with the manner he was welcomed into heaven." Did this mean Maury wasn't sure he made it to heaven? According to my morals, he didn't have much of a chance, but we are told not to judge. His daughter, Rebecca, recalled one of his favorite sayings, "Live long and prosper" - something none of the babies he aborted could do. God left us the 10 commandments and the fifth one is "Thou shall not kill."
