Palatine's dog carnival postponed due to weather

The Canine Carnival planned for this evening in Palatine has been canceled because of expected bad weather.

The event has been rescheduled for Sept. 10.

Hosted by the Palatine Park District, the canine carnival features games, raffles, dog body painting and a fun house.
