Wayne site of annual garden walk

Wayne Countryside Garden Club presents "Garden Walk 2009" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 27.

Five gardens will be on the walk this year, varying from wooded lots, a property with unusual trees, pool and pond and cottage style gardens.

Tickets are $15 the day of the walk at the first garden, 33W262 Ashley Lane in Wayne; or $12 in advance at Prestige Nursery, 28W761 Army Trail Road in Bartlett; Scentimental Gardens, 428 W. State St. in Geneva; Shady Hill Gardens, 42W075 Route 38 in Elburn; Blue Goose Supermarket, 300 S. Second St. and Heinz Brothers Nursery, 2010 E.
