Cary Park District wants your photographs

The Cary Park District challenges area residents to give them your best shot in an amateur photo contest open to youth, teens and adults.

Photos submitted must have been taken at Cary Park District parks, facilities or during a Cary Park District recreation program or special events. The photos will be used to commemorate July as National Park and Recreation Month. An exhibit will be on display at the Kraus Senior Center and a traveling exhibit will be on display at various special events throughout the summer.

Select photos will be chosen to be voted on for the "People's Choice Award," awarding viewer favorites.

Complete rules and entry form can be found at www.carypark.com, at the Cary Park District Community Center and the Kraus Senior Center. There is no fee to enter and each person may submit up to two different photographs.
