Here we go again, all you Cub fans

I was just wondering how many Cub fans said, "That's it, I'm done, never again" after last year's playoffs.

I know I did.

But yet here I am again getting ready for another season of eventual heartbreak. Is there something mentally wrong with us Cub fans, or are we just used to the pain?
