Sell your wares at EGHS garage sale

Applications are being taken now for space at the Elk Grove High School Grenadier Athletic Boosters Community Garage Sale, the organization's spring fundraiser. The sale will be May 16 at the school, 500 W. Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove Village. The Boosters are raising money for new equipment for the soon-to-be expanded fitness center. Buffalo Grove health fair is April 25

The Village of Buffalo Grove will host a health and wellness fair consisting of 17 different health care providers, 9 a.m.-noon April 25. Yoga, boot camp, blood pressure, colon, cholesterol, glucose screenings and more. The event is free to the public, but some screenings come with a fee. The fair is at Village Hall, 50 Raupp Boulevard.

Deadline today to get special ed files

Files for former Aptakisic-Tripp Elementary District 102 special education students are scheduled to be destroyed in July. If you had a special ed student who moved or graduated from District 102 before July 1, 2004, and would like their file, call records custodian Kathy Kroll, at (847) 353-5675 to schedule an appointment to pick up the file.
