Hulke has experience as Plato road commissioner

The reason for this letter is to encourage Plato Township residents to re-elect Joe Hulke as Plato Township Highway Commissioner. I have been involved in local government for about 40 years. I was elected six times as Plato Township Supervisor, and I can tell you that Joe Hulke is one of the best road commissioners we have ever had. I would say that 95 percent of the Plato Township residents are happy and satisfied with the work he has done.

One of the men running against Joe is a big grain farmer. He farms a lot of land in the area, and I can tell you that the job of road commissioner is not a part-time job.

You will do the right thing if you vote for Joe Hulke April 7. Joe is not only a good road commissioner; he is a very good person.
