Watch for vote fraud played upon seniors

The upcoming local elections call to mind the ease with which unscrupulous political operatives could easily appropriate the votes of residents of assisted care facilities or institutions that care for the frail elderly. With just a little effort, savvy politicos could appropriate votes during voting-van excursions on Election Day, offering "advice" to elderly folks grateful for the appreciation and the adventure. One wonders how administrators at these facilities guard against this soft-fraud. The question bears asking and answering.
