Pinney getting a raw deal again this year

It appears certain attitudes haven't changed much since 2005 on the District 214 school board. Back then you would have thought there was a catastrophe when Leslie Pinney beat out one of the old guard on the board. The board whined and moaned and didn't know how they could carry on.

Now election time for Leslie Pinney is near and the board is lining up to try and push her out. I guess the replacement for her has received his personal rubber stamp from the standing members of the board.

It's a shame when we get someone who is willing to ask questions about how things are done and maybe how to do them different for the benefit of the community. This board sounds like they have done their best to ostracize Pinney from the business of the board.

Hang in there Leslie, keep asking questions!
