Give the money to the people

I think everyone knows to get the economy going, people have to start spending money. Money they don't have. The stimulus plan should go like this. Give each household $50,000 a year for four years taxable as income. Out of that $50,000, $25,000 must be put in a bank account that you can't touch for five years. After five years you can start drawing not more than $25,000 a year. The banks will have money to lend. People will start buying cars, houses, TVs, furniture and everything else. That will create jobs. We won't have to bail out the car companies and the banks. I know we will never see this because the politicians can't steal the money if it is put in the hands of the people.
