Fox Lake library construction to begin

Fox Lake Public Library District officials will celebrate the pending construction of a new facility Saturday.

A groundbreaking ceremony will kick off at 1 p.m. at the current library, 255 E. Grand Ave. It will feature comments from library officials and refreshments.

2010: The year the building will open, likely in summer or fall
