Brazilian duo to perform at St. Charles Public Library

Dois no Choro will perform the next Sunday Afternoon Concert at 2 p.m. March 8 at the St. Charles Public Library, 1 S. Sixth Ave.

Dois no Choro, or "two in choro" in Portuguese, features Brazilian choro music - a genre originating in Brazil in the late 1800s, mixing African rhythms and European dance melodies. Julie Koidin will perform on flute and guitar with vocals by Paulinho Garcia.
