Removing the name is worth $15,000

I am thrilled the former governor's name has been removed from the tollway signs. The total cost of changing 33 signs amounts to $15,000, but with our state in such financial straits, I'm sure there are 15,000 Illinois residents who would be glad to send $1 to the state to cover the cost. I've already sent mine in.
