If he can't do taxes, he isn't right for job

Our great elected politicians couldn't find anyone in the best country in the world better qualified to be Secretary of the Treasury than a tax cheat. This man says he did his own taxes using software and could not follow instructions to get his own taxes correct, yet he is qualified to be Secretary of the Treasury.
