Dance party coming to Hemmens
The Hemmens Cultural Center continues its 39th season with "John Mueller's Winter Dance Party" at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3.
Tickets are $50 for Golden Circle, $40 for main floor and $30 for balcony. Orders will be taken via phone on the 24-hour charge-it line at (847) 931-5900, online at www.hemmens.org, or through the box office located in the Hemmens lobby at 45 Symphony Way.
Don't miss this tribute to three legendary artists on the 50th anniversary of Feb. 3, the fateful day the music died.
"The Winter Dance Party" is an authentic re-creation of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper's final tour. It is the only show endorsed by both the Holly and Valens estates.
Each live concert performance includes over two hours of unbridled, high voltage entertainment featuring all the hit songs of the 1950s era: "That'll Be The Day," "Peggy Sue," "Rave On," "La Bamba," "Chantilly Lace" and many more.
The Winter Dance Party concert is sponsored in part by Radio Station 94.7 True Oldies.
