New Horizons salon expands, adds spa

STREAMWOOD - New Horizons Hair Designs, 131 E. Irving Park Road, is holding a grand reopening Friday, Jan. 23. Owner Jim Rauscher is doubling the current space to 4,000 square feet. He has also installed six new tanning beds, two additional pedicure spas, manicure stations and two treatment rooms to compliment the 28-year-old business. Rauscher's father, Paul, and brother, Bob, started the business before he took over in 1986.
