Cut taxes to fix real estate market

Investors will buy foreclosed homes, condos and townhouses, if the government puts a moratorium on all taxes incurred - property tax, state taxes, county taxes, capital gains on profits.

These incentives will encourage people to invest, knowing they have time to clean up and rent properties and someday sell at a profit.
