Alcatel cut to 'neutral' at Goldman

Alcatel-Lucent SA, the world's largest maker of fixed-line networks, was cut to "neutral" at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and removed from the firm's Pan- European buy list.

"Rising balance sheet uncertainty likely limits recovery potential in the medium term," analysts wrote today in a note to investors.
