Bolingbrook cops seeks clues in hit-and-run

Bolingbrook police are searching for a driver responsible for a hit-and-run crash that killed Ronnie Lyles, 40, of the 400 block of Rockhurst Road in Bolingbrook early Friday, Dec. 12.

Police were called to Briarcliff Road at Annerino Drive around 2:40 a.m. Friday, where they found Lyles already deceased. Reports say he was struck by a vehicle traveling east on Briarcliff.

Witnesses told police they believe he was hit by a smaller, older, dark-colored vehicle, possibly a four-door model. Police said they do not have a description of the driver.
