Flavors of Italy
Chef Andrew Jenrich pairs four courses (including seafood, rabbit and lamb) with wines from Feudi di San Gregorio in the Campania region of southern Italy. The winery's grapes come from vineyards near Mount Vesuvius, where volcanic ash has enriched the soil with minerals that impart distinctive aromas and flavors in crops.
