Finn McCool's to host 'Dublin Your Fun'

So what if you're not Irish? Come on out to "Dublin Your Fun Saturdays" at Finn McCool's in Schaumburg. DJ Dave Thompson rocks the house from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. each week. And, for a limited time, patrons who pay $15 per person by RSVP (or $20 at the door) can take advantage of Finn McCool's two-hour, optional open bar from 10 p.m. to midnight.

Tacky sweater party

Dig up your cheesiest holiday duds and head to Lottie's Pub in Bucktown on Thursday, Dec. 18, for Lottie's Holiday Sweater Party. The fun starts at 8 p.m. with an hors d'oeuvre buffet and drink specials. Only patrons wearing tacky attire can take advantage of Lottie's specials, including $4 import domestic drafts and $5 Effen black cherry drinks. The staff will award best costume/sweater to one lucky female and male with a $100 gift certificate to Lottie's.
