• Three 4-foot to 7-foot musical white Christmas trees with ornaments were stolen from outside a home on the 900 block of South Dryden between 12:30-9 p.m. Nov. 26. Value was estimated at $300.

• A plastic polar bear and snowman were stolen from a home on the 600 block of North Gibbons between 12:01-9:15 a.m. Nov. 30. Loss was estimated at $80.

• An unlocked boys' blue 21-speed bicycle valued at $50 was stolen from the 1300 block of West Sigwalt Street between 4-9:50 p.m. Nov. 29.

• Someone stole a wallet out of a shopping cart at a store on the 500 block of East Golf Road between noon and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 29.

• Someone stole a $1,500 Dominique Wilkins basketball card delivered by UPS to the front door of a condominium on the 1400 block of East Central Road between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 29.

• A vandal hurled a chunk of asphalt through the rear window of a 2006 Honda Accord on the 2000 block of North Walnut Nov. 29 or 30. A damage estimate was not available.

• A vandal threw a large brick through a front window at a home on the 600 block of South Lincoln Lane around 10:45 p.m. Nov. 28. A damage estimate was not available.

• Six or seven juveniles damaged a flower box with holiday decorations on the 200 block of South Vail Avenue around 7:40 p.m. Nov. 28. Damage was estimated at $100.

• The driver's-side mirror on a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country van traveling east on the 500 block of East Burr Oak Drive was damaged when something was thrown at the vehicle around 8:30 p.m. Nov. 27. A damage estimate was not available.

• Vandals smashed both side mirrors on a 1998 Toyota Camry on the 3200 block of Volz Drive West between 4-9 a.m. Nov. 29. A damage estimate was not available.

Des Plaines

• All four tires on a 2003 Jeep Cherokee were punctured between 5:40 a.m. and noon Dec. 1 while parked at a restaurant on the 900 block of Oakton Street. Damage was estimated at $800.

• A laptop computer, printer and U.S. passport were stolen between 1:30-6:30 a.m. Dec. 1 after their owner accidentally left them on a chair in a hotel lobby on the 1200 block of East Touhy Avenue. Loss was estimated at $760.

• A vandal hurled a brick with such force that it shattered a double-pane window and was embedded in the wall opposite at a residential building on the 1200 block of south White Street between noon Nov. 29 and 7 a.m. Dec. 1. Damage was estimated at $620. This is the fourth time vandals have damaged the building in 12 months.

Elk Grove Village

• Burglars cut a fence, forced open a dock door and stole several boxes of video camcorders from Towne Air Freight, 952 Fargo Ave., around 12:40 a.m. Nov. 20. Total loss was estimated at $12,200.

• Burglars broke an overhead door panel at a warehouse at 1595 Jarvis Ave. Nov. 29-Dec. 1 and stole several spools of copper. Total loss was estimated at $3,275.

• Cameron D. Price, 19, 14310 Sunset Ridge Road, Woodstock, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Nov. 30 at Gordon Street and Higgins Road and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. His court date is Jan. 21.

• Burglars broke door locks on a 1998 Ford van and a 1999 Chevrolet Express van on the 200 block of North Arlington Heights Road around 9:20 p.m. Nov. 24 and stole two tool belts out of the Ford. Total loss was estimated at $1,100.

• Someone cut the padlock off a 2001 Chevrolet Express van at Stome Shop Inc., 2435 Brickvale Drive, between 5 p.m. Nov. 25 and 7 a.m. Nov. 26. Nothing appeared missing; damage was estimated at $1,000.

• A $5,000 snowplow was stolen on the 900 block of Morris Avenue between 7 a.m. Nov. 24 and 4 p.m. Nov. 25.

• Vandals put several dents in a garage door on the 700 block of Penrith Avenue overnight Nov. 25-26. Damage was estimated at $800.

• Thieves stole a 1996 Monon chassis from a lot at 2700 Coyle Ave. Nov. 21-22. Value was estimated at $10,000.

• Vandals broke a glass door at Siemens, 390 Kent, between Nov. 25-29 but did not get inside. Damage was estimated at $400.

• Thieves stole 200 pallets out of a fenced storage area behind Abbott Fire Hose and Rescue Co., 2145 Lunt Ave., between Nov. 21-24. Loss was estimated at $1,000.

• Burglars stole a computer out of the open trunk of a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu in a driveway on the 200 block of Landmeier Road between 10:30-10:45 p.m. Nov. 21. Loss was estimated at $2,400.

• Burglars pried open the door locks on six company trucks at Aramark, 1851 Howard St., between 7:30 p.m. Nov. 21 and 11 a.m. Nov. 22. It was not immediately clear if anything was missing; damage was estimated at $1,200.

Mount Prospect

• Michael P. Melone, 17, 433 Bob-O-Link Road, Mount Prospect, was arrested around 9:45 p.m. Nov. 30 after a traffic stop at Gregory and Oak streets and charged with possession of marijuana. His court date is Dec. 18.

• Timothy J. Cherwin, 32, 316 S. Pine St., Mount Prospect, was arrested around 12:10 a.m. Nov. 24 at Pine and Milburn streets and charged with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and traffic violations. His court date is Jan. 6.

• Nilaykumar A. Patel, 23, 612 N. Maple Court, Mount Prospect, Gurinder Singh, 25, 646 N. Maple Court, Mount Prospect, and Gurjeet Singh, 22, 1062 Boxwood Drive, Mount Prospect, were arrested around 1 a.m. Nov. 15 at 612 N. Maple Court and charged with fighting. Their court date is Dec. 29.

Bartlett

• Jeremy Banes, 32, 6N889 Greenlawn Ave., St. Charles, was arrested around 10:55 p.m. Nov. 29 at Bartlett and Naperville roads and charged with illegal transportation of open alcohol, driving under the influence and traffic violations. His court date is Jan. 7.

• Vandals poured driveway sealer on a brick paver entryway at a home on Reading Street around 10 a.m. Nov. 29. Damage was estimated at $12,000.

• Three men stole a generator, saw and power drill around out of a warehouse at 31W420 W. Bartlett Road around 3:10 p.m. Nov. 29. Value was estimated at $780.

• Two MP3 players, books, binoculars, range finder and DVD were stolen out of two unlocked vehicles on Windgate Court overnight Nov. 27-28. The loss was estimated at $1,263.

• Tricia Serna, 20, 234 Superior Circle, Bartlett, and Megan Mangahas, 19, 1330 Blackhawk Lane, Bartlett, were arrested around 1:35 a.m. Nov. 27 at Route 59 and Congress Drive and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. Serna also was charged with zero tolerance driving under the influence and speeding. Their court date is Dec. 30.

• Deann Hinckley, 19, 1350 Big Horn Trail, Carol Stream, and Zachary Pescetto, 19, 215 N. Hale Ave., Bartlett, were arrested around 1:45 a.m. Nov. 27 at Prospect and Oneida avenues and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. Hinckley also was charged with zero tolerance driving under the influence and speeding. Their court date is Dec. 11.

• James M. Habermeier, 36, 1129 Sausalito, Bartlett, was arrested around 7:20 p.m. Nov. 26 at 399 Bartlett Plaza and charged with retail theft. His court date is Jan. 20.

Hanover Park

• Vandals broke holiday lights at a home on the 6700 block of Peach Tree overnight Nov. 30-Dec. 1. A damage estimate was not available.

• A vehicle on the 1800 block of Ontarioville was broken into overnight Nov. 29-30; stereo speakers were stolen out of the trunk. A value estimate was not available.

• The spare tire was stolen off a pickup truck on the 1600 block of Wildwood around 1 p.m. Nov. 29. A loss estimate was not available.

• Kendrick N. Brooks, 46, 537 Manor, Schaumburg, was arrested around 2:40 a.m. Nov. 29 at Barrington Road and Weathersfield Way and charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence. A court date was not available.

• A vandal drove over the front lawn and struck a curbside mailbox at a home on the 2000 block of Poplar overnight Nov. 27-28. A damage estimate was not available.

• Two front windows at a home on the 2000 block of Osage were broken around 8 p.m. Nov. 28. A damage estimate was not available.

• Reuben J. Miller, 17, 4036 Princeton Court, Streamwood, was arrested around 4:50 p.m. Nov. 27 on the 1500 block of Walnut and charged with residential burglary. A court date was not available.

Hoffman Estates

• Joseph Louis Delahunt, 18, 1964 Chelmsford Drive, Hoffman Estates, was arrested around 1:55 a.m. Nov. 29 on Hassell Road at Huntington Boulevard and charged with possession of marijuana. His court date is Jan. 9.

• Lucas W. Lenth, 19, 1511 Harvard Lane, Schaumburg, was arrested around 12:55 a.m. Nov. 28 in Victoria Park, 1100 Kingsdale Road, and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor. His court date is Jan. 20.

• An in-dash radio/CD player, amplifier and speaker set were stolen out of an unlocked 1995 Honda Accord on the 1000 block of Apple Street between 12:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 28. Loss was estimated at $300.

• An MP3 player, cell phone, hat and cash were stolen out of a locker at Hoffman Estates High School, 1100 W. Higgins Road, between 7:10 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. Nov. 25. Loss was estimated at $250.

• A $1,500 laptop computer was stolen out of an office at Sears, 3333 Beverly Road, between Nov. 26-Dec. 1.

Schaumburg

• Temple S. Anderson, 19, 509 Oltendorf, Streamwood, was arrested around 10:10 p.m. Nov. 26 in the Kohl's parking lot, 171 N. Barrington Road, and charged with three counts of deceptive practice after police say she wrote six checks to Kohl's for merchandise on Nov. 10, 12 and 14, and closed the accounts before the store could cash them. Total loss was estimated at $478; her court date is Dec. 22.

• A power stretcher, cable stretcher and a bag of tools were stolen out of an unlocked 2000 Ford van on the 1200 block of East American Lane between 1-2:30 p.m. Nov. 27. Loss was estimated at $1,700.

• Robert Ion Crianga, 18, 4334 Madison St., Skokie, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with retail theft from Lord and Taylor in Woodfield Mall. His court date is Dec. 30.

• Swathi Kilari, 25, 740 W. Bode Circle, Apt. 203, Hoffman Estates, was arrested Nov. 29 and charged with retail theft from JCPenney in Woodfield Mall. Her court date is Jan. 20.

• Aurelio Alejandro Barrera-Estudillo, 25, 1289 N. Winslowe Drive, Apt. 10, Palatine, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with retail theft from Sears in Woodfield Mall. His court date is Dec. 19.

Streamwood

• Someone forced open the rear door at a home on the 900 block of Mulberry Lane between 1-11 p.m. Nov. 27 and stole a laptop computer, 10 video games and video-game system, child's piggy bank, and jewelry. A loss estimate was not available.

• Jennifer Balderas, 33, 2005 Jamestown, Palatine, and Ramiro Ramos, 25, 511 Waverly, Streamwood, were arrested around 11:45 p.m. Nov. 27 at 511 Waverly and charged with resisting/obstructing a police officer, criminal damage to property, battery and disorderly conduct after police say Ramos knocked items off a shelf and slapped the male clerk on the face at a store at Bartlett and Irving Park roads. Balderas shouted at officers and swung her arms in the air during Ramos's arrest, police add. Their court date is Jan. 2.

• Szymula Krystian, 18, 5591 E. Beverly Circle, Hanover Park, was arrested around 8:25 p.m. Nov. 28 at Irving Park Road and Sunnydale Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His court date is Jan. 26.

• A 2001 Nissan on the 0-100 block of West Streamwood Boulevard was broken into overnight Nov. 28-29; a satellite radio was stolen.

• Vandals hit six homes on the 500 and 600 blocks of Ridge Circle and the 1000 block of Sunset Circle with orange paintballs between 9 p.m. Nov. 28 and 2:30 a.m. Nov. 29. Damage estimates were not available.

• Someone removed the side window on a garage on the 100 block of Marryat Place overnight Nov. 29-30 and stole tools, equipment and a dirt bike worth an estimated $10,000 altogether.

• Someone broke into a home on the 0-100 block of Whispering Drive through a basement window between noon Nov. 28 and 11 a.m. Nov. 30; a video-game system, video games, video-game guitar and laptop were stolen. A loss estimate was not available.

• Thieves stole an MP3 player and GPS out of a car parked at a business on the 0-100 block of North Barrington Road around 1 p.m. Nov. 29. Loss was estimated at $280.
