At Marian Central, Lauren Mead scored 14 points to lead the Bulldogs.

Wauconda (2-0), which led 34-22 at halftime, also received 12 points from Tammy Ellis and 11 from Kate Martino.

Grayslake Central was paced by Megan LeBaron with 14 points, Alex Scarbro with 13 and Kat Dickson with 11.
