Phidget and Porter's plan food drive

Phidget and Porter's have teamed together to sponsor "Phidget For Food," a food drive for the Crystal Lake Food Pantry. This is the time of year that the food pantry really needs help, and with the economy in the dumps, they really need a hand.

Come to Porter's, 446 W. Virginia St, Northwest Highway, Crystal Lake, on Friday night, Nov. 21. The music starts at 9:30 p.m. at the newly remodeled Porter's. Bring a couple of nonperishable food items or a cash donation for the Food Pantry and you get in free. It is hoped a huge pile of donated items will be gathered to bring to the Food Pantry the next day.
