Armanetti signs lease at Eastgate

Preferred Development has announced that Armanetti Beverage Mart has signed a lease for a 4,968-square-foot store at Eastgate Marketplace.

The retail strip center is located in Fox River Grove at the intersection of Route 22 and Doyle. Located on a two-acre site with parking for 90 cars, Eastgate Market offers more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space.

The center was designed by Arcline Associates of Downers Grove. Other tenants include a 5,000-square-foot CarX Auto Service and the 4,200-square-foot Brunch Cafe.

Featuring masonry and stone facade, the $5.2 million development is expected to generate between $6 and $7 million in annual sales.
