Won't vote for Bean because of bailout
I am livid at Congresswoman Melissa Bean for her vote on the bailout bill. She voted twice to bail out Wall Street CEO's with our tax dollars. So there is no repercussion for their mistakes? They can continue their greedy, corrupt practices because the government will give them the taxpayer's money when they need it.
I am sick and tired of sending my tax dollars to Washington and then watching politicians spend my money to bail out their special interest pals.
I picture them laughing at the little old taxpayers who blindly re-elect them every year. It is time the voters take back control of the government.
Print out a list of every incumbent when you go to vote for whoever is the challenger. I know I will do that when I vote against Melissa Bean and whoever else is running for federal office.
I want Melissa Bean to explain why this was earmarked? What significance does this have for our failing economy?
Wool: Reduces tariffs for U.S. makers of wool fabric that use imported yarn, worth $148 million over five years. The measure was pushed by Reps. Louise Slaughter, a New York Democrat, and Bean.
