Bears promote CB Bowman

With a banged up secondary, including at least three cornerbacks who are injury question marks this week, the Bears promoted cornerback Zackary Bowman from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday, signing him to a four-year contract.

Bowman is a fifth-round pick (142nd overall) from Nebraska, who was cut by the Bears on Sept. 2 but re-signed to the practice squad the following day.
