U.S. Senate cannot get anything done

On the assumption that we all could use a bit of humor about now, I have come up with an adaptation of a series of TV commercials now being shown.

In view of the recent exploits in Washington, it seems appropriate.

Q: How many senators does it take to change a light bulb?

A: All 100 of them. One holds the light bulb, four hold the ladder and the other 95 debate which way to turn the ladder.
