Woodstock theater group staging funny family comedy

Theatre on the Green Company of Young Actors in Woodstock will present, "The Frankensteins are Back In Town," a hauntingly funny family comedy directed by Lisa Waichunas.

Performance dates are at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17; 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 19.

Kids who attend the performances in costume will be invited to join the actors at the "Monster Stomp" at the show's finale.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Sunday's performance will benefit Theatre on the Green's purchase of sorely needed new/used sound and lighting equipment. Tickets are $15 adult, $10 student/senior.

Theatre on the Green is located in a sheltered outdoor theater "On the Green" at 15314 St. Patrick Road, Woodstock.
