Sagent develops manufacturing deal

SCHAUMBURG - Sagent Pharmaceuticals Inc., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company, and Itochu Chemical Frontier Corp., a privately held global company in the field of pharmaceutical and organic and fine chemicals based in Japan, announced finalization of a development and supply collaboration. Under the agreement, ICF will supply injectable products for which Sagent will obtain U.S. regulatory approval and market in the United States.
