Abortion abuses must be challenged
"Facts are stubborn things," wrote John Adams, "and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence."
According to a Wall Street Journal report, in 2007, Planned Parenthood's revenues topped $1 billion, which included $336 million in taxpayer funding. Its so-called "Action Fund" is putting $10 million into electing pro-abortion candidates, which insures continuing government handouts.
It is also a fact that Barack Obama has received massive support from the Action Fund of Planned Parenthood for which he in return voted "Yea" when the organization needed his vote and "Present" when his vote was not needed.
It is also a fact that Planned Parenthood perpetrates one out of every four abortions committed in the U.S.
It is also a fact that CareNet, an organization doing wonderful work to protect the unborn and their mothers, receives, as you might have guessed, no government funds.
It's also a sad fact that too many of us stand by and allow these abuses to continue unchallenged.
