Froehlich trying to play both sides

Exactly what party do you belong to, Mr. Froehlich? In 2006, you were a Republican, voted back into office by Republicans. Last year you announced you were a Democrat. During the primary earlier this year, your literature was distributed alongside Barack Obama's outside the polls.

But just the other day, I noticed you are mentioned on John McCain's Web site as one of the "Illinois Leaders Supporting John McCain."

Today I saw one of your commercials. It didn't mention any political affiliation, but stated that you are an "Independent" thinker. It appears you're now trying to distance yourself from Mike Madigan and his cronies, even though it was his money that lured you in the first place.

What exactly are you, Mr. Froehlich? I suppose some misinformed people may vote for you, but personally, I prefer that my elected officials know where they stand.
