Friends' Book Sale: 6-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, (members only); 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20; and noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21. Ela Area Public Library, 275 Mohawk Trail, Lake Zurich. Due to the popularity of the Friday night Members Only Sale, a numbering system has been established. Numbers will be given out beginning at 4 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Information Desk. Patrons may begin lining up for entry into the sale at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Meeting Room. Books may be donated at the Library's Information Desk during regular library hours. Art Auction: 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church St., Libertyville. HealthReach Inc. will host a Gala Art Auction to raise funds to support the organization, which provides medical care to the uninsured residents of Lake County. Tickets are available at www.healthreachcares.org, and are $25 per person or $40 for a couple. There will be door prizes and a raffle. The auction will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Wine Tasting and Art Auction: 6-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, Comfort Inn, 350 Route 173, Antioch. The Antioch Fine Arts Foundation will host its annual Wine Tasting and Silent Art Auction fundraiser. Fall Fest and EXPO: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, Libertyville High School Field House, 708 Park Ave., Libertyville.
