Addison's efforts heroic during flood

On behalf of the Addison Chamber of Commerce & Industry, its members and the community we serve, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for all that you and your dedicated personnel have done over the past weekend to assist this community. We realize that many of those who spent the weekend here, very possibly left their own homes and families to fight their own flooding issues, in order to assist Addison's citizens and businesses. There are certainly countless stories that could be told, of the selfless and sometimes heroic actions that your people took, to help those in jeopardy and in need. Please extend our appreciation to everyone in your department, for all that they have done - not only during this most recent disaster, but for what they do every day to serve and protect the Addison community and its citizens.
