The foreboding gut choice of Palin
Whether or not choosing Sarah Palin was a good choice for vice president is yet to be seen, but there is no doubt it was a gut choice.
Sen. McCain had only met personally with her twice before he selected her.
We have a president now who makes choices based on his gut and look where it got us.
As for the argument that she is the most popular governor in the U.S., remember that G.W. Bush was also the most popular governor in the U.S. at the time.
