Winfield should pursue underpass
The Village of Winfield has a golden opportunity to install a pedestrian underpass at the train station.
One key piece of information is missing. The actual cost.
Trustees Birutis, Kunesh and Vade Bon Coeur will not put this out to bid because they appear to be influenced by intentional misinformation and personal agendas.
To all trustees on the Winfield village board: Go to bid and so we can work together to make this underpass a reality.
