Benefit garage sale: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 22-23, 1405 Sterling Drive, Mundelein (Asbury Park subdivision, corner of Midlothian and Winchester roads). Our house of Hope K-9 Rescue will host a garage sale, with furniture, an air-conditioner, children's clothes, toys, small household items and much more. All proceeds will go to benefit the medical needs of animals and their ongoing care at Green Tree Animal Hospital in Libertyville.
