• David J. Bohm, son of Dr. David and Jill Bohm of Arlington Heights, has been named to the dean's list in the Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences for the spring semester of 2008. David, a former graduate of Prospect High School, is pursuing a degree in biological sciences.

• Stephanie Brontman of Buffalo Grove was named to the dean's list at the University of Vermont. She is a student in the Rubenstein School of Environment & Natural Resources, majoring in recreation management.

• Katherine M. Brubaker, daughter of Mike and Sue Brubaker of Mount Prospect, was named to the College of Engineering dean's list for the spring 2008 semester at the University of Illinois.

• Samantha A. DeMar, Marissa L. Scher and Caroline A. Whitehead have recently been named to the dean's list at Boston University for the Spring semester.

• Jessica A. Gibas, a resident of Long Grove, has recently been named to the dean's list at Boston University for the spring semester.

• Leah Grossman of Arlington Heights was recognized during Honors Day celebrations at the University of Vermont this spring. Grossman, a student in the College of Arts and Sciences, was honored with the Margaret Kyte Memorial Award for Academic Performance.

• Blair D. Lewin, a resident of Wheeling, has recently been named to the dean's list at Boston University for the spring semester.

• Mackenzie Mahony, son of Patty and Mike Mahony of Prospect Heights, was named to the dean's list at DePaul University for the spring quarter. Mackenzie, a 2006 Hersey High School graduate, is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

• Hadley Rapp of Mount Prospect was named to the dean's list at the University of Vermont. She is a student in the Rubenstein School of Environment & Natural Resources majoring in environmental studies.

• Lauren Rust, daughter of Jim and Pat Rust of Des Plaines, graduated magnum cum laude and with dean's list recognition from DePaul University June 15. Rust is a 2003 graduate of Maine West High School.

• Elizabeth Satern, daughter of Jason and Suellen Satern of Elk Grove Village, has been named to the spring 2008 dean's list at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. Elizabeth is a 2007 graduate of Elk Grove High School.

• David Stonecipher of Arlington Heights received academic honors at Lynn University by making the dean's list in the spring 2008 academic term. Stonecipher is a sophomore majoring in music performance.

• Sarah Lorraine Walker of Buffalo Grove, a first-year at Gettysburg College, has been placed on the dean's honor list for outstanding academic achievement in the spring semester.
