Bush policy critic needs a reality check

In response to Richard F. Nelson's letter of June 22 on Bush foreign policy, if Mr. Nelson would visit Iraq and be captured by the enemy, he might get a reality check and see firsthand their willingness to talk and negotiate.

Should have, could have, is easy to say when you deny the reality of what is! We have wars because not everybody accepts the ideals or the authority of diplomacy.
