Bartlett

Lena Dhorjan, 22, 369 Wilmington Drive, Apt. B1, Bartlett, was arrested June 12 and charged with disorderly conduct and vandalism. Her court date is July 9.

A gym bag with clothes and shoes was stolen June 18 out of an unlocked car on Horizon Drive. The loss was estimated at $400.

A bicycle worth about $300 was stolen June 18 from a front yard on Ridgemore Drive.

Mitchell Gasparaitis, 18, 16 Little Creek Court, Streamwood, was arrested June 18 at Spaulding Road and Summersweet Lane and charged with battery and consumption of alcohol by a minor. His court date is July 16.

Hanover Park

A mobile classroom and blacktop at Laurel Hill School, 1750 Laurel Ave., was vandalized with spray paint overnight June 18-19. A damage estimate wasn't available.

David Hernandez, 21, 431 Park, Bensenville, was arrested June 19 on the 2300 block of Glendale Terrace and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle. A court date was not available.

Eduardo Castelan, 20, and Carlos Castelan, 20, both of 416 Algona Lane, Elgin, were arrested June 19 on the 1800 block of Nautilus Lane and charged with battery. A court date was not available.

A green 1995 Mercury Mystic of unknown value was stolen from a lot on the 7400 block of Jensen Boulevard around 1 p.m. June 20.

Dean Puryear, 47, 11 Chicago St., Evanston, was arrested June 21 on the 1900 block of Lake Street and charged with battery. A court date was not available.

Ernie R. Siklas, 47, 249 Park, Villa Park, was arrested June 22 on the 1500 block of Lake Street and charged with possession of marijuana. A court date was not available.

Roy Limonez, 31, 1715 Nippert Drive, Streamwood, was arrested June 22 on the 1600 block of Walnut and charged with illegal transportation of open alcohol. A court date was not available.

A 2006 Nissan on the 1900 block of Lake Street was broken into and a GPS unit stolen around 11:40 a.m. June 23. A value estimate was not available.

Streamwood

A man being held in the Streamwood jail on June 20 was additionally charged with battery and criminal damage to property after police say he tore the blanket in his cell to cover the security camera and then pushed the officer who came in to investigate. The court date for Anthony V. Recchia, 26, 445 Hawthorne Lane, Hoffman Estates, is Aug. 1.

Brent W. Alexander, 32, 121 S. Genoa St., Genoa, was arrested June 21 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. His court is July 18.

Jason Trevino, 24, 1193 Valewood Drive, Streamwood, was arrested June 21 at Irving Park and Bartlett roads and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His court date is July 9.

The owner of the Aangan Bar and Grill, 720 S. Barrington Road, was arrested June 22 and charged with operating his business after his 2 a.m. liquor license had expired for the night. The court date for Sandip Patel, 39, 141 Augusta, Streamwood, is July 9.

Cindy M. Christensen, 18, 254 Gatewood Lane, Bartlett, and Leonardo D. Rodriguez, 19, 515 Robinhood Drive, Streamwood, were arrested June 22 near Meadow Lane and Vine Street and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Their court date is July 16.
