Drug raid ends with one arrest

McHenry County sheriff's police seized nearly $10,000 in illegal drugs and arrested a Fox River Grove man during a Thursday raid that capped a monthlong narcotics investigation, officials said.
Rudolfo Landeros, 42, faces four felony drug charges and two misdemeanors after deputies from the sheriff's narcotics unit and police from Fox River Grove and McHenry executed a search warrant on his home at 310 Circle Road.
The search, sheriff's police said, turned up 88 grams of cocaine, 67 grams of marijuana, two scales used for weighing drugs, drug paraphernalia and $80 cash. Sheriff's police estimate the drugs' value at about $9,700.
Landeros posted $16,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
