Peterson's son picks up seized guns

Former Bolingbrook Police Sergeant Drew Peterson's son has picked up eight guns that authorities seized from Peterson's house last year. Peterson's attorney Joel Brodsky says Steve Peterson retrieved the guns Wednesday from the state police, which seized them as part of an investigation into the October disappearance of Drew Peterson's wife, Stacy. Last month, a judge ruled Peterson could transfer ownership of the guns to his son and that authorities must turn them over.
